Looks good. I like what you've done with it.

Update time..

So I had a minor crash.. It was my fault but not major damage..

A few panels later..

But apparently I was too low.. NZ has pretty strict rules around vehicles and modifications.. So the cops gave me one of these..

This was my "to do" list to make it legal again

Figured I might as well shave it.. Fuel flap, tail gate, torno holes, badges, roll pan and door handles..

Decided I didn't like the honeycombe grill and didnt want to go phantom either.. Whipped this one up outta my old smashed grill, it'll do for now..

After shaving it I looked down the side from behind and those tail lights were just not doing it for me.. Looked at the over priced and over done caddy lights.. Looked at those led strips too but I wanted to do something I hadn't seen yet.. This is what I ended up with for now, gotta put in the filler plates yet..

Got rid of my bullet door poppers too.. Now opens from central locking remote..

Threw the tough deck back in.. Used a heat gun to mold to over the notch.. Tray floor is still rusty as fuck but outta site outta mind for now..

So its been awhile since one of these.. here's a few pics from the last year and a bit..

Some upgrades
-Weber carb swap and made adapter plate
-Remote door poppers
-Shaved wipers
-Rangi roller paint job
-Wire tuck/Engine bay clean up
-Relocate battery to tray
-Clean up under tray/ Paint chassis
-New wooden tray floor, lifted to hide notch..
-Electronic Dizzy swap

Probably some stuff I've missed, truck is currently parked up and hasn't moved in over 6 months..

Lack of funds and garage have stopped almost all progress for now.. Good things take time right?
