i found these brackets on ebay and they tell you in the listing what is needed for the rest of the swap

those brackets are very reasonably priced, not even worth making them yourself

It says for use with 4wd rotors only, I thought 4wd was 6 Lug? What if I wanted a disc brake kit for 5 lug conversions? The axles may be the same, but not sure.....

I thought the same thing. I wouldn't build them that cheap
