funny you guys mention the teardrop trailers... i was actually at an rv place and they had on in the bay being repaired that the guy backed it into something... i started thinkin a mini camper would be sick to pull behind a mini truck especially if both were bagged... then i come home check in on this thread and you guys are talkin bout teardrops... funny

these are the ones my work built. I like that there widebody and don't have a fender like a horse trailer. Something similar would look sic on the ground with a truck.

Those are cool, but i was picturing the old school rounded teardrop campers. Im actually considering renting one to haul to lowdown behind the truck

yeah those are oversized,and overpriced. I want to build a true teardrop but wide enough the walls hang over the wheels. Like a 5x8

Yeah thats the one Leland, it would need a narrower axle and fab up some inner fenderwells to get it to lay out

would have a huge hump across the axle trying to lay a trailer like that out.

Na, it wouldnt be that huge. just a small one but the fenderwells would go up the inside of the wall to allow the tires to clear

not if you did independent suspension on the outside and have the fenders mounted where they cycled with the wheel.
