Where did you order your tires from..? I got my set of 205/40/r16 from onlinetires.com and got the set of 4 shipped to my door for 275 after all was said and done.

I got them from the same place. The tires were 90$ a piece but shipping was something like 100$

I have ordered from them before. Apparently only Toyo makes tires in 195/45/14's

decided to run a panhard bar for now at least due to simplicity. So I went ahead and made my axle mount. The holes are for adjusting the angle for different ride heights. Oh ya and its bolt on.

Whats the point if you are running a leaf sprung setup? On a side note your machining skills are very nice.

It locates the axle laterally. This is something the leaf springs do originally but they do a shitty job of it. In the end this will lead to more control.

Yes in truth I could have done without it. Even with flat springs and both ends of the springs being captured, which will be 100 times more rigid left to right than stock, the axle will still shift. Basically this will take the lateral stress off of the leafs and let them do their job easier, so it will result in smoother suspension travel which means better traction. This is a 100% performance modification. It has no gain unless the truck is driven hard. if you think about it, when running blocks cant the blocks shift some? I have seen it gone wrong too many times in the offroad world. Lots of 4x4's run panhards with leafsprings.
