All B2000 and B2200 from 86 to 93 are interchangeable. That is, auto trans to auto trans... and standard trans to standard trans. Has to be like for like!

Your choice is used or dealer for fans.

I have a used 5-speed fan blade from my '88 B2200, had some small cracks so I just bought a new one at the dealer a few years ago while I was replacing the radiator.

Like I've said before: Mazda likely could've saved money by engineering and using the same parts in the varying models....

Good idea but probably not a prudent one.

The requirements for the two setups are quite different. The Automatics work the engine and cooling system harder so they need more cooling capacity - hence the two row radiator vs one row for manuals. For even more cooling capability they increased the pitch of the fan and a different fan clutch.
