Are the cranks the same???

Are the cranks for the 2.0 and the 2.2 F2 engines the same or are they weighted differently for the slightly larger pistons that the 2.2 has? Thanks!

I hate to bump this, but someone has to know this. Has anyone ever just installed the 2.0 crank into a 2.2 block before?

The 2.0 has a shorter throw and longer connecting rods.
The 2.2 has a longer throw and shorter connecting rods.

As to whether or not they'll interchange in either block, They probably would, with possible clearancing needs.
