electrical issues...

hey i been plugging my wires back in since a few years....my problem is my lights dont turn on....interior and exterior( head lamps and brake lights and side marker lights , and interior dash lights)...my reverse light come on and signal lights front and rear come one.... i feel it may be the master unit on the steering column that controls all that stuff...my wipers work well also...its strange but im stumped...i have power to everything and grounds are complete....

might wanna go back and check all the grounds...i had this problem too and have to replace 5 grounds due to wires being corroded and exposed and rusty
