quick question

ok after doing the webber conversion i was reading on here that u can eliminate the emission crap so i started plugging my vacuum lines on the manifold and followed 1 vacuum line to a hard line with my 2 fuel lines now the question is do i plug that hard line with a cap to or is it ok to leave un-capped?? and if i leave it un-capped will i have the smell of gas coming out of my engine bay??? PLEASE HELP THANKS EVERYONE

I put a cap on mine so crud wouldn't go down the line.
