Gas problems..... I think!!!!! HELP

im only 17 and am new to the mazda scene but love the truck to death. problem is i cant get the truck to start quick enough. if i pour gas right down the carb it will start right up. but any other time i have to pump the gas petal literally 50-75 times. any suggestions would be great.

try replacing the fuel filter. it could be clogged

Yeah try replacing the fuel filter, and blow the gas lines out with air. Might have some rust and crap in there. Check the choke also, it might not be working.

sounds like the flat bowl is clogged

Im gonna try them tonight but first toddluck whats a flatbowl??
