head work?

When rebuilding your motor what's the average cost for the head work like angle valve Job and so on?

Are you looking to drop off a wrecked head at a machine shop then get the head back fully restored ready to install?

i got a valve job and decked for 150.....but i dont thank thats normel

Well I'm ordering a rebuild kit and I was going to go ahead and get my 3 angle and decked done my heads fine but sence I'm pulling everything apart I'm gonna go ahead and get it all done I haven't priced locally yet.just seeing if there is an average

about 150 for a pressure test,deck, and checking the valve job is about right.

Good deal is that all I would need including the rebuild kit?

usually if you have a good head guy you can ask him to look for burnt valves and things like that and he will put the attention to areas needed.
