How to turbo a 86 b2000

I want to turbo my 86 b2000, Ive done a few things to it already like weber 38 carb crower regrind on the cam and bored it out a little. its competely rebiult and i was wondering how to turbo it i heard that a probe manifold will fit.. is this true
