I'm running a RCI in my truck and have had them in several trucks.I used the stock fuel pump. The one I have now is only 7" tall and fits under the bed floor behind the axle.

If it's carbed you can use the stock mechanical fuel pump.

I also have ran a lot of RCI fuel cell's

I would try to stick in the 10-15 gallon range, and the problem you will run into is your fuel gauge and the sending unit. The GM sending unit is most popular which has a range of 0-90ohm, if you were to hook this up to you fuel gauge it would read backwards. Full=Empty and vise-versa, that will be closest option without getting new gauges....

Try to get a fuel cell with a sump...And don't get anything over -8AN which is the equivalent to 1/2" line. Your carb will be swimming in fuel. You will most likely want to adapt it down to -6AN which is roughly 3/8" line...which is what most people have done...

Hope that helps you out...
