Heater bypass

Not gonna connect my heater when I put my engine back in. Would it be ok for me to run some heater hose to bypass the heater or should I just cap it off?

Mines been fine that way for the last week.

Replacing the heater core right now...well as soon as I get off the computer that is.
1
