revs high

after i start the truck it and if i drive it when i push the clutch in it revs higher with out hitting gas once its in nuetral it stops any body had this situation

How much Higher does it rev if it only revs a up 100rpm or so don't worry if its reving up in the 1000rpm's I would say something is wrong my .02.

accel cable binding? Auto choke not disengaging as it should?accel spring binding? Lots of possibilities.bj
