need muffler help

on my truck my cat converter is at the end of my exhaust system i want to bolt up a muffler to it but it has a 2 bolt flange and i cant find any glasspacks that have a 2 bolt flange. can i use a 4 bolt one? or do i have to go get one welded on ? if you can point me to a muffler that would work that would be great also.

i need my cat to pass inspection so i cant cut it off .i am trying to do this with out welding (dont have a welder) heres a pic of what im dealing with.

yikes. i got that on the pacesetter and i didn't realize it till i went to git a collector. couldn't find a 2bolt. crapo zone should have ya some flanges and pipe and you can use that, a u-bolt clamp and put a cherry bomb on.

Yeah my second job is autozone, We sell the intermediate pipe made for the Mazda, I just bought that pipe cut it and welded mine up from there, you could clamp though. I drove mine 2 days with just cat, while I got bolts to get mine new exhaust on, My cat is gutted though lol

what is the stock exhaust size ? because my truck has 2in .

Its 1 7/8 OD which is about 2 inch ID

ok about how much was the intermediate pipe at auto zone ? i want to the site and the had 6-7 different ones.

Dont even know, dude I work with there bought it before I bought the truck from him, I can get you a price and a part number tomorrow, I'll stop in there. I just cut it before it turns down a little, welded on a resonator and welded a turndown facing sideways onto that and made a hanger. They bolted the whole thing onto the truck
