2.2FI header???Performance Chip/module?????

Are these parts worth putting on this motor??? I'm looking at some "chips/modules" on ebay and they boast up to 30% more horsepower and better acceleration. Also, what kinda of extra power or anything would I get from a header???

The header would be worth getting. Those chip things from ebay are worthless.

Thanks for the info. Gonna get the truck lowered and look'n purdy then start working on the performance. Complete driveline has been rebuilt so I'm just looking for some worthwhile add on's.
