Hey guys, how do i power my choke heater if i have a gm 1 wire alt, and weber carb? does it just need 12 volts on ignition??

My Weber doesnt have a choke heater,just an electric choke.Any 12v source that is hot when the ignition is on will work for the choke.

no, it will still start, all that wire does is disengage the choke after it reaches a certain temp. If it doesn't have the wire hooked up you will only run rich.
