wheel bearing dust cover question

so i bought some mustang wheels for my '91.....they look pretty good but i can't get the center cap that covers the lug nuts on because of the dust cover on the front wheels.

is there a replacement that i can swap these out with or am i pretty much hosed?

some people run a small spacer to clear the dust cap.
