The one the crank pulley bolts to? There's not enough room between the little ridge cast into the block and the sprocket itself to get a gear puller in there.

When I get it off, how do I get it back on?

I used a steering wheel puller to get mine off.

Steering wheel puller is a good idea.

So there's supposed to be a bolt in the crank? I thought so.

Stupid previous owner. There's SO many bolts missing from this truck/engine it's not funny.

Spun bearing in #3. The top ring in 1, 2 & 4 fell apart when I pushed the pistons out.

There is supposed to be a 21mm bolt on the end of the crank and 6 10mm bolts that hold the belt pulley to the timing pulley

The pulley bolts were there, just no huge bolt in the middle of the crank.
