88 B2200 head tick?

Sometimes it ticks bad, and others it goes in and out. Smokes like a ninja tryn to hide in the mornings, so im guessing bad valve seals and its not keeping enough oil in the head. Whats do i do. Is it hard to change valves, or should i swap a new head?

Also will oil weight have something to do with it.....
