HELP. Mazda B2200 1988 won't steer to the left.

My truck won't make a left turn. The steering wheel spins freely when I try to turn it to the left so its no use trying. How can I fix this? Simple explanations please, I need to get this fixed ASAP!

Is the steering box fully connected to the shaft in the steering column?
If the steering box is bad, I have a manual unit available.

Steering box broke. Find replacement and reinstall. Unless its a tie rod. Or a drag link. But i bet its the box. Manual steering or power? Ive got a manual box as well just depends whos closer and what not if you need it.
