1gen 00-04 is a 6x5.5
2gen 05-present is 6x4.5

I wonder why they changed it. You would think it would cheaper to share parts between trucks.

They share the same pattern as the pathfinder.

still dumb to not share parts between all their light duty trucks/suv's. It's probably cuz everyone wants their truck to handle like a car. so the suv's have a completely different suspension which is absurd. Damn consumer not being very bright.
