so my truck was dropped all the way in the front with bumpstops remove and the back with 4 inch angled blocks and 2 pulled leafs...i took out the block and put back the leafs and the back is sky high...the front i un reindexed and turned the torsion back to regular n lowered the jack but the tires still tucked.....is it that the shocks are dead or do i have to get new torsion bars from the junk yard??

Sounds to me like you didn't index the torsions enough, or didn't have the torsion brackets angled down enough. Your shocks don't hold the weight of the truck anyway, so it's not them. It's the torsions. You almost have to have extreme angle in the bracket before bolting it down...I mean to the point of almost not being able to get the bolt in....especially if you want lift.
