Rooster Rock definitely sounds like a decent place!

I like the fact that it has camping, close to the river, and is a good location for the family!

There are a lot of shows that don't really worry about the family portion, but I think that MazdaFest will be aware of this and make sure its a show that the whole family can appreciate...

Camping is always a great idea, it's fairly cheap as well!

HERE IS THE DOWNSIDE, THERE IS A PORTION OF THE ROOSTER ROCK STATE PARK THAT IS DESIGNATED AS A "CLOTHING OPTIONAL BEACH"

So that is something that needs to be addressed if there will be young blood present....

Just doing some quick research there is a $100 Fee to hold an event there, and a daily permit fee of $3 depending on the activity and number of participants...

All of which should be close to covered via Pre-Registration and Day of Show Fee...

Another problem we might run into is, campground quiet hours are between 10pm-7am! We all know that the night life of MT shows never ends, and will go way past that time frame...

Alcohol is allowed, but only to persons over 21 of course...

Sorry for all the info, I just want to keep our bases covered...

This is all sounding great...and I would love to attend. The only thing...I would either need to make sure I have $ for a rental car and find someone with an extra room in their tent or bum a ride from someone willing to pick me up at the airport and still need to find room to sleep somewhere. Deffinetly get this thing going and I will d what it takes to get out there.

Jeff, you are more than welcome to stay with me at a hotel, or camp!

I missed you the last time around with Tex-Mex, so I won't let it happen this time!

I will attend and help out in any way I can any family orientated show any were with in reason in the NW. If this show turns into the classic mini truck drinking till 3 am tearing stuff up type show I will not attend. Rooster rock is not the best possible location but it fits most of our needs. As for the nude beach is not visible from the rest of the park it’s well hidden from the younger eyes. Hopefully with the support of the mazdabscene supporter we can put together a little show we would all be proud of and that our kids can enjoy as well.

I agree man!

The only problem I can forsee is that there is almost no way that we will be able to control the actions of others throughout the night...Unless we make it perfectly clear that you will be asked to leave type deal? Any ideas to help this would be good!

I'm down to help with anything I can do as well. I would like to bring the family. They have all helped with my build and don't want to leave them out.

Idminitrucker where are you from in Idaho?

Stupid stuff will not be tolerated bottom line. I am all for having fun but if you really care about mazdabscene and minitrucking in general you will understand your actions effect the rest of us negatively. And trust me those of us who care deeply about this world will not allow anybody else to ruin it for us especially a show put on by us. Any body consider that many if not all of these NW shows have gone away because of the negative stuff that goes on at them?

Wow, it would be awesome to see this actually happen!

You know I'd recommend Spokane, but its a bit of a truckin' for the west coasters. There are plenty of lake areas around Spokane that would easily accomodate everyone and their family with the camping theme.

Medical Lake is pretty notorious for it when it comes to shows, I hear.

I'd also recommend Moses Lake as well, not very central and all but its decent. Big lake!
