I GOT IT, I GOT IT, I GOT IT!!!!!
WOW do I feel dumb, I guess after turning over the engine to time it and the engine not starting or running rough, it flooded it's self. I went out this morning and it fired right up and is now perfectly timed and running good.
I never though about it being flooded, I guess now I know.
