My mazda b2200 93 has some minor front end damage. The center core I thing it is called. It's right behind the bumper. Is it replaceable or removable is what I mean. And where would I get one.

It's called a core support. They are available, but off hand, I don't know where to get one. To get the old one out, you have to drill out the spot welds that hold it in.

Would I have to weld a new one in?

I have a truck that I put a V8 in... the previous owner had replaced the core support and used the holes where the welds were drilled out, to install the new core support and reassemble with bolts. It was really helpful to remove the core support while doing my engine swap.
So no, you don't have to weld in the new one.
