I replaced my head gasket probably 100-200 miles ago and my cam seal went out so i pulled head again. Would i be able to use the gasket again or would it be best to replace? The gasket is all intacted and looks good. What do you guys think?

If it were me and I wouldn't want to take it apart for a third time, replace the head gasket. It only takes one minor imperfection to start an issue and fry your head.

MOST LIKELY TRUE FOLKLORE
This gasket has already had the squish pushed out of it. It won't compress properly a second time.
MY OPINION
That being said, if you have the time to experiment with a used head gasket on your own vehicle, have at it. I never reused head gaskets. It's too much work to redo if it fails.

Use a NEW FelPro or Mazda head gasket. Don't kick yourself in the ass by compromising here.

Ok. Ill pry replace it. It took me about an hour to tear it down but just a pain in the ass. I just didnt know much about these gaskets. I know you can get away with re using some but wasnt sure on the head. Ill replace it and be done. Thanks for all the opinions.

Only some MLS gaskets can be re-used, the ones we use are NOT that.
