Is my engine supports shot?? (pics)

Ok I tear down my engine going rebuild and notice my mounts was just sitting there.





Those pics were a few weeks ago everything been decreased and pressure washed,

mine was the same, just replace both of them.

You can lift the top part off, and you're asking if it's bad?
