NEED Help b2200 running badly

im kinda confused about my problem i fixed fuel filter, replaced maf sensor and my truck still fany help would be awesome thanks guyseels like its going to choke and die, my cap and rotor are clean no corrosion, new plugs and wires. im confused as hell lol any help would be awesome thanks guys.
