Does anyone make a Weber style filter for OEM carb?

I ended up Talking some one into send one to Canada. Will this carburetor require a fuel pressure regulator? does the mazda OEM fuel pump put out more than 3.5 PSI? Anyone running an inline regulator?

you can run the weber with no problems if you have a mechanical fuel pump.. if you have an electric pump you will need a regulator...

I'm assuming i have the electric if i hear it kick on once the key is turned. how is a mechanical fuel pump determined? anything else i should look out for
