If I keep my o2 sensor hooked up will it mess with my weber carb

O2 sensor won't do anything with a Weber carb, whether plugged into anything or not.
Leave it in the manifold as a plug. Big hint there. Or you may end up with a hole with stripped threads and no way to seal it.
