Found a deal on a low mileage injected 2.6l in a 4wd. I have an 86 b2k now. Whats involved? Will my trans bolt up or ?

No it wont bolt up. Youll need new engine mounts, and to swap all the wiring and stuff in.

not worth it man exhauset and carb are on opposite sides

That why I love this forum, quick correct answers. Just saved me $400 bucks and a lot of headaches. Thanks. Maybe I get off my ass and just fix my headgasket?

you can probably have the headgasket, and the head redone along with new valves, seals etc for 400.00

the 2.6 has about 20 hp over the 2.0 so actually it hauls ass... look at me always having to correct you.......lmao

I jus know i hate my 2.6L.... and the f'in transmission... screw em both. Thats why I'm yankin both and doin the fe3 swap
