yeh, 300ZX is twin turbo, should fit and its a good candidate cuz its from the same manufacturer, RWD, and availability is good even stock is like 300 hp in that truck it would rock!!
Even the N/A version would be cool.

Or a 4.3L chevy, carbed, would be clean, cheap and easy

going to use a datsun 120 motor. Me and my 3 girls worked on her all day here is a updated photo

Lookin good Chris - kinda interesting with the visor on a convertible. Not familiar with the 120 motor - is that an original type motor for this truck? Also, do you have a grill for it?

Not sure if the visor will stay sorry its a l20 motor used in the 70's datsun yes I have the chrome grill and headlight bezels and I think I will pulled the 18"s off my roadster for the Datsun and upgrade to 20"s.
