ya need to take the weight off of the truck and remove the torsion bars, and re index, if ya want to use it
I couldnt help but notice it looks like ya got the djm or bell tech, drop arms there,(LCA) I have no experience with them , but it does not appear to be the problem
the front locator arm may bind also , I had to remove mine its the bar that connects to the front of the LCA and bolts under the rad support. I plan on triangulating my lowers
Disloacte your steering from the spindle too at that point it should move freely , other than that .......?

thanks mazdamandan. i'll go back and take those off. If i don't triangulate then I can leave the front locator arm on? be back in a bit with some more pics. hopefully lower this time.

took the torsion bars off. that was it.
next step is to cut the fender wells out. and then find the right location for the bag brackets. Problem is when I started this project my father in law was bragging that he had a welder that I could use. since the start I found out today that he sold it! so now I have to locate a welder.

finally some progress! Now I'm getting excited and want to get this thing finished. The lower the better I always say. I want the problem that the ground is in my way!

well two days in a row! I get to work on the mazda. hope to have the wheel wells out today. I'll post some pics of the progress in a few hours.

Yea ive been doing the same exact thing on my truck.. been working on it constantly to keep me busy doing something. You need to let me know where this place is so I can come over.. Im free today if you want to give me a ring. Im sure I will be out that way.

wow you had this thing for what a month or so and your already this far looking fly get that motor cleaned up and then your talking
