hey guys i have a 78 b1800 ute...thats currently stripped and iv just got 20's for it....iv got the spring cups off and all ground back so the bottom arm should lay a 235/30/20 but im wondering what you guys do to the top arm? im about the pie cut it but it still wont be enough....im going to try fit some 85-94 style disc and spindle setup so then i can run 2" drops but i wanna see what you pre 84 guys have done...

and yes iv been following slammed83mazda's project so i know what clearence is gonna be..

Wow feels good to know that I helped someone out. If you have any questions feel free to pm me.

Oh and were building control arms for mine, upper and lower shortened 1/2". This was the only way we could lay mine on 20s, I didn't wanna cut so deep into the stock arm honestly.

was thinking cut a section the arms to bolt later modle spindles on the running drop spindles...because here in australia there wont be to many people building arms for this modle...

you have any pictures of your new front setup? only seen it plated

No sir, nothing has been touched on the front end for a year now. Once I get a update on that, I will let you know and post pics.

sweet.. ANOTHER pre... wish i could help you out, but i will never run into the 20" problem..lol.. i can barely fit 18s on my hog..
