Theres a veny pocket rite behind the factory spot that will be very hard to cut out so thats why i think it should be shortened?

Thanks for finding me the pic!! It looks like he cut out the pocket for the vent on this one, hmm I guess I could do that and seal it really good so water doesnt come in....

No problem. Should be easy to get that cut out and sealed up if your making a new firewall anyways.

I actually just did this mod because Im doing right hand drive and the power booster hits the wiper motor. just bolted it in the same place and made some 2.5 inch spacers, and made a nice place for access to the motor. you have to remove the blower motor. there is a intake for it in there and you have to cut it apart to fit the motor.

Oh btw thanks for the help with the 5 lug convert. I ended going to No Limits Customs in langley and was able to get the rear done,.
