Honestly the wheelbase being off was the first thing I noticed when I scrolled down. It caught my eye before I could start reading the sentence. My truck was like that for the longest time, and it drove me insane until I built new link bars to fix it. It was off because I moved my bed forward 3/4" to close the gap against the cab.

Also, black pipe is not a structural form of tube.
