ok somehow i missed again your update untill i seen your updated sig pic. truck looks soooo good laid. out. the wheels are bitchin tucked in the 4x4 sheetmetal.

Okay, so I I finally am posting another update(little one). I have driven the beast about 11 miles. Leaving work last Monday I pulled out and the right rear wheel locked up and I was stuck blocking the road. I got a ride home grabbed some tools and went back. I pulled the wheel off and found no problems with the brakes. I then tried to turn the axle by hand and it just flipped me off. I had to have it towed home where I pulled both rear axle shafts and found one bearing in countless pieces. I have since rebuilt the rear end and am waiting for my drive shaft to return from the drive line shop. I had it shortened 1 1/2". Should be on the road Monday. Here are some pics of the license plate bracket i made. I don't love it, but I am legal with it. I ran a lighted frame with the wires inside the bracket. Let me know what you think. -Ed

Yeah, they are all stickers with holograms and ish over the top. They make them at my work, so I am going to order my plates personalized and get them the next day. I am still trying to figure out a way for me to mount the plate clean w/o cutting the skin.

Really, I value Speedy's input, but I don't want just one opinion......BUMP!

hey how about making it flip out from behind the back of the tail skin. and end up positioned some what like it is now. this would eliminate any cutting into the skin maybe electric or mini air cylinder activated

It's ok for driving, but sitting still it would drive me crazy looking at it sticking up. Go to the local pick and pull or junkyard and get yourself a power window motor and track out of a car ot truck. Then make yourself some brackets and have a hide away tag!!!
