got the roll pan finally and i have benn sanding down the bed for paint ..
now are you suppose to cut the stock pan and tack weld thee roll pan in then bondo it or fiberglass it ???

New pan should go right over the stock one - no cutting of the stock sheet metal. Once installed, then glass the joint.

those u-bolts stick out pretty far, they could get snagged up on something pretty easy
