well I slapped the front end on today to see what she looked like with her new grill, nothing else I know this will make Justin's day....lol

now I need to get another pair of bumper end caps, these probably aren't worth the time cause I want the plastic color matched.

okay got something else going. Work shutdown for this week so it's only a few of us around so I took advantage of it and got some time with a aluminum welder. I shaved off everything I could or didn't need. I kept one vacuum for the distributor, but kept the one facing the block in the center so it's low and out of sight. I also cut off the factory bungs underneath that come welded up, that lead into the EGR passage. I probably should have welded them up afterwards. But I have a 1/2" plug in the passage leading from the head so nothing is going in or out anyway. as for the water jackets I will flush plug them and call it good. Started polishing it but it will be a long time to get a finished product, and couldn't wait to toss up some pic's

p.s. Justin I am doing the sanding and polishing in the kitchen....lmao!

The vacum for the dist comes from the carb not the intake. If you hook it to the intake it will be advaned all the time.
