im sure this has already been asked but i can't remember if it was and the answer..... why is the front tire laying further up then the body? bigger tire/rims?

Well one, the pinch is still there and the rockers need to be flattened. Two, tire is low on pressure and the jack is all up in its business. Three, thats how far the suspension compressed. Four, its getting whitewall tires that are about .5" taller than these.
