tearin it apart... and buildin it back up

TIRES!!!!! I GOT TIRES!!!!!

so i stopped at the body shop my buddy worked at and asked him if he could weld a hanger on my muffler so it'd quit rattling against the torsion bar bracket. i stopped over at his house after he got out of work and we're checkin out each others trucks. (he has a 68 GMC slammed) he asked me what kind of wheels i was gonna put on and i told him i got some 17" yukons.

"know anyone who's got tires?"
"Yeah there's some behind my garage. dunno what size tho."

i go back and look and TADA!!! his brother inlaw was there too. he said "timmy had 'em on his eclipse, he never paid my wife so i took 'em back."

"how much you want?"

"take 'em. i dont need 'em"

i tried to offer him $30 but he said no. so i loaded 'em up and after gittin my muffler welded was on my way. hopefully tomorrow i can have 'em on.

man its amazing what a set of wheels can do. it looks 10 times better. im diggin it.

i might have a lead on a set of avalanches or eskies. i'll call monday then i'll let ya know. if you can git up here bring that window if you still got it lol
