sunroof

Todd, I was just looking at those split side by side sunroofs at Pep Boys. They are universal install. I am thinking about putting one in my work truck.

what did you use for the frame in the roof?

it was realy easy. the hard part is getting the head liner to look nice, thats what took the most time. the roof is about the same thickness as a fender. the cardboard templete took me 3 trys to get it a tight fit.

the sunroof was two peices that screw together. i dont have alot of room around the sunroof so it shouldnt sag. when i push up on it the roof dont move

i have to still fix a couple things on the head liner, and the original gasket startsd to leak so i got some sticky on one side gasket and lined the edge of the window till this weekend when i can get the original gasket.
