Its from a s-10 but pretty sure any midsize chevy car from 78 to 86. I just figured s-10 came with manual so that would be a good one to start from. I tore apart the power booster to get the rod out of it and it was perfect size, should work pretty good and its clean.

The line in this picture will come out of another grommet down to the proportioning valve.

So i get the new master cylinder is from an S-10. Are you not running a vacuum booster then?

No booster the master is from a manual s-10 so it should work just fine. I didnt want the booster it took up to much room and looked cluttered. I had to get some adapters for the brake lines and a "T" for the fronts should have it done tonight!
