Cool project. Nice set-up.
thanks guys
the over axel ride is def. a bit stiffer..by buddy has a 92 s-10 with bags on bars and its a caddy ride..and it is cheaper
i went with over axel cuzz i have a few friends where im from and they hooked me up with the bridge work..so i really couldnt pass it up....originally my plans were to put the bags on my lower bars but i said eff it and did it this way
i do have shocks on mine as u can see and it does coushin stuff up a bit
my personal opinion is over axel with a nice bridge looks killer but rides a little stiff
bags on bars are a great ride
you get crazy lift
and its cheaper...
on the other hand
if you have the extra cash and your planning on rolling 17's..youll be able roll 17's with an over axel set up with no prob.
my truck is set up for 20's in the rear;)
getting them to tuck in nice in the front is gonna be the fun part...
i messed up and didnt get one with the back aird up all the way...the front can probably squeeze out another 1/2 inch of lift if my tank was full
looks great bro got any picks of the notched lowers??
how is bags on bars come out cheaper? you have to get better stiffer bars which is goin to run the price up

make your own lower bars out of 2x2 box tubing and put your circle plate on top of that
and then weld your bar ends to the end of the box tubing and put your bushings in
the 2x2 box tubing will withstand more punishment and is stronger than any round bars and unless you are jumping school busses your not gonna bend that box tubing
ill see if i can get some pics of how my buddy did his dime with box tubing for his lower bars
and sorry guy i havnt got pics of my lower control arms right now ...give me about 2 weeks when i can get the truck parked and ill get some pics up

not sure if you got to meet shannons brother casey while you were up this way but hes pretty cool 2
not bad man not bad
looks like you get plenty enough lift. what kind of frame to ground clearance you got in the rear?
