if i could afford it right now i would get it. but i don't have that kind of cash right now. i removed more wires today and got some things wired up a lot better. i'm just about finished with it but now i think i am having another problem. not sure what yet. i think i need a new battery. oreilly's said it was good but i don't think it is big enough (cca that is). i am about to go out and mess with it some more.

go to ebay and lookup under painless wiring and you'll get some wire harness kits to choose from.

eeek. makes reinstalling my heater controls and dash look like a breeze.

I hate undoing stupid mistakes others (or myself) have done.

well i thought everything was good but it isn't. so i am just going to buy a painless wiring kit and redo the whole truck. i found some kits for like 150.00 to 200.00. there are just too many things messed up in this whole wiring mess to try and repair.

Painless is a good product, and I think you will be better off with something you have done yourself then dealing with something you haven't touched!

Good choice in my opinion, and good luck to you!
