Where is the fuel filter on an 88 B2200, I looked for it and its not in the same place as my B2000. Is it under the truck near the gas tank somewhere?

should be under the hood, on the pass side, its a lil white/clear thing.

FI trucks have a black filter mounted on the pass.firewall.Carbed 2200 filters are underneath the truck on the crossmember close to the gas tank.BJ

mine is carbd 2200 and its in the engine compartment, its white, and its small on the pass fender kind of, held in by a metal clip

yeah thats where mine is on my 2000 slammedyota but it wasnt there with my 2200 maybe ill have to jack it up tomorrow and look near the gastank

Mine is on the passenger wheel well, its a 91 B2200

i think that if its 5-speed they are in engine compartment and if its an auto its at the tank. mine used to be an auto and it was at the tank.

hmm thats confusing because mine is a 5-spd, maybe ill also look harder around the engine, maybe the guy who had it before moved it somewhere.

yeah a pic of where it is under the truck because i know for sure it isnt in with the engine where it is on my b2000
