cat or no cat?

how do our motors (2.2) run without a cat conv. i'm thinkin about hollowing or removing mine. and no i don't have to worry about passing inspection, they don't do any kind of emissions testing here plus my truck smokes like carzy already

oops, i just saw another thread about this. my bad. but if anyone else has advise please post it.
