i have a weber set up with all the emission stuff removed except for the egr valve has anyone jus used a piece of metal to block it off to get more power or anythin like that to jus remove it so it looks better i kno when my truck is running and i aply vacum to the egr valve to open it up it stalls sooo can anyone help me out thankyou

yes, you can remove it & make a block off plate, just be sure to make a gasket or use some good rtv sealand.....

w/o all the emissions junk & nothing hooked to it, you shouldn't
need it.......it is just taking up space in the manifold.....

does anyone have a picture of the egr valve? I have a part on my manifold that I cant figure out, it's held on with two bolts, and has a vac. run to it, also it hooks in to the throttle butterfly thing, is this the egr valve solenoid? please help ASAP

the egr valve is held on w/ 4 bolts, if lookin @ the mani bolted to the head, it will be on the passenger side of the manifold right under the carb.
