Problem

My clutch is slipping and my truck also feels like it is dragging as it is slow when you take off and sometimes it feels like the motor gets ahead of the transmission could this be my clutch doing this? it's almost like it loses power then it gets kind of herky jerky for a little bit then its fine. I had a front oil seal put in when it was put in i had a broken ideler and the mechanic welded it back on. Timing belt is also new it started after i had the oil seal fixed.

Sounds like ur clutch is worn out and slipping.Only fix is to replace clutch and pressure plate.BJ

clutch and pressure plate are shot .... my 88 b2200 did the same thing went the clutch went out in that....
